Two full layers of softest tulle falling from an elastic waistband, this has further gathers from the mid-section of the skirt with a small ruffle, giving extra fullness to this long skirt which has a stretch lining. It’s 90cm in length, and will best fit a Size 12 to Size 18
Style it up by itself with motorbike boots, or as a longer layer under a shorter skirt, or as a petticoat to add volume.
