Three lightweight crinoline steel hoops are each trimmed with ruffled chiffon, and this has an elastic waistband that will fit from between 76cm to 80cm which also has a chiffon ruffle. The length is 48cm and the bottom hoop diameter is 80cm. This looks amazing paired with bloomers, leggings, a skirt or dress with just the bottom hoop ruffle showing, or a bustle tied over the top.
