This wonderful Victorian Gothic style crinoline has 5 layers of gathered satin ruffles on its base layer of satin. It has four adjustable steel hoops and the waistband has both Velcro tabs and a drawstring so it’s size adjustable. This could be worn as a crinoline petticoat under a ball gown, or on its own as a skirt - we love stuff that has dual purposes!
- Measurements - waist fits from 70cm/ 28” to 100cm/ 39.5”. Length is approximately 100cm/ 39.5” and diameter at the bottom is approximately 90cm/ 35.4”
